Steps

  • Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic gently for 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the peas, pour in the wine, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving bowl to serve.
