Steps

  • Boil water in a saucepan and set a steamer on top.
  • Mix the garlic, chilli, ginger, and sunflower oil in a small bowl.
  • Clean the crab by removing brown meat and gills, then steam for 5 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of infused oil in a wok and fry briefly before adding ketchup, yeast extract, and soy sauce.
  • Add steamed crab to the wok, pour in 150ml of water, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in spring onion and coriander before serving immediately.
