Steps

  • Mix chopped anchovies with garlic, 15ml of olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon.
  • Toss the anchovy mixture with turkey and onion and leave to macerate.
  • Boil the new potatoes in water until they are tender.
  • Slice the warm potatoes and combine immediately with the turkey and chopped parsley.
