Steps

  • Simmer the stock ingredients in a pan for 20 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid and reserve the fish, carrots, onions, and garlic.
  • Crumble the fish into 50g portions and set aside.
  • Add butter, milk, and sour cream to the liquid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Return the reserved vegetables to the thickened broth.
  • Pour broth into bowls and top with fish portions and rosemary.
  • Serve the soup with bread.
