Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Boil the orzo in salted water for 10-12 minutes until tender, then drain.
  • Season the cod and fry in 15ml of olive oil for 2 minutes per side.
  • Bake the fish in the oven for 4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the cod from the pan and flake the flesh.
  • Fry the chorizo in the remaining oil for 3 minutes until the oils release.
  • Remove the chorizo with a slotted spoon and set it aside.
  • Toss the orzo and paprika into the chorizo oil and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the chorizo, peppers, flaked cod, parsley, and lemon juice.
  • Season the mixture and serve immediately.
