Steps

  • Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain, peel away outer layers, trim ends, and cut sprouts into quarters.
  • Heat a wok with oil and stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes.
  • Add the turkey strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes until browned.
  • Add the garlic and sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the orange juice and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and transfer to a warm plate.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
