Steps

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add the chicken pieces.
  • Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  • Prepare a barbecue grill and allow the flames to die down.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
  • Baste the chicken with remaining marinade and grill for 50 minutes until cooked.
