Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C and place 24 cases into a mini-muffin tin.
  • Combine flour and sugar in a bowl and create a well in the center.
  • Whisk oil, milk, and egg together and stir gently into the dry ingredients.
  • Split the batter into two bowls.
  • Mix dark chocolate and mincemeat into the first bowl.
  • Mix white chocolate and cranberries into the second bowl.
  • Fill the 24 muffin cases with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool the muffins on a wire rack and serve warm.
