Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan until very hot and griddle the bread until charred on both sides.
  • Mix most of the olive oil with yoghurt, cream, mustard, honey, and seasoning in a bowl.
  • Spread half the dressing on one bread slice and layer with stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce.
  • Toss the herbs with remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning.
  • Top with herbs, drizzle with remaining dressing, cover with bread, secure with sticks, and halve.
