  • Blend the Christmas cake pieces in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
  • Refrigerate the cake balls for two hours until firm.
  • Melt the dark and white chocolates in separate bowls using a microwave or over simmering water.
  • Dip one end of a lolly stick into melted chocolate and insert it into a cake ball.
