Steps

  • Simmer a small amount of water in a pan.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl set over the simmering water until glossy.
  • Heat the cream in a separate saucepan until almost boiling.
  • Pour the hot cream over the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
  • Stir in a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into a roasting tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Cool the mixture then chill in the fridge until set.
  • Sprinkle the chopped nuts onto a baking tray.
  • Roll the chilled chocolate into small balls.
  • Coat each ball in the chopped nuts and chill until serving.
