Preheat the oven to 200°C and place a baking sheet inside to heat.

Whisk egg whites in a bowl until they reach stiff peaks.

Gradually whisk in caster sugar until the mixture is glossy with stiff peaks.

Mix the cocoa powder, egg yolks, and melted chocolate in a separate bowl.

Incorporate a small amount of egg white mixture into the chocolate base.
