Steps

  • Combine chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and salt in a heavy-based pan over low heat until melted.
  • Crush the pistachios in a freezer bag using a rolling pin into various sized pieces.
  • Stir the broken nuts into the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Pour mixture into a 23cm square tray and smooth the top with a wet palette knife.
  • Cool the fudge and refrigerate until it is completely set.
  • Cut the set fudge into 64 small pieces measuring approximately 3cm x 2cm.
  • Store the cut fudge in the freezer to be eaten cold.
