Steps

  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Boil a small amount of water in a saucepan.
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over the simmering water.
  • Pull back the papery skins on the cape gooseberries to expose the fruit.
  • Dip each piece of fruit into the chocolate and place on the paper.
  • Leave the fruit to set in a cool place for 2 hours before serving.
