Steps

  • Place the chocolate and 200ml of water into a pan.
  • Melt over a medium heat while stirring occasionally.
  • Prepare a large bowl with ice and a little water.
  • Nest a smaller bowl inside the ice bath.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the chilled bowl.
  • Whisk with an electric mixer until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.
