Method

Rub the olive oil into the steak and season with black pepper.

Fry the steak in a hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked.

Set the steak aside in a warm place to rest.

Add soy sauce, honey, chilli, and lime juice to the pan and mix.

Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until a sticky glaze forms.

Slice the steak and place over 100g of cooked rice noodles.

Pour the pan glaze over the steak and noodles to serve.
