Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the tomatoes, chicken, and paprika together in a bowl.

Roll the pastry on a floured surface to 0.5cm thickness and cut four circles.

Dab water around the edges of each pastry circle using a brush.

Place a portion of filling into the center of each circle.

Fold circles to create parcels, seal the edges, and place on a baking tray.

Prick with a fork and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
