Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix the tomatoes, chicken, and paprika together in a bowl.
  • Roll the pastry on a floured surface to 0.5cm thickness and cut four circles.
  • Dab water around the edges of each pastry circle using a brush.
  • Place a portion of filling into the center of each circle.
  • Fold circles to create parcels, seal the edges, and place on a baking tray.
  • Prick with a fork and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
