Steps

  • Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chilli and garlic for one minute.
  • Add brown sugar and cook for two minutes until it begins to melt.
  • Stir in soy sauce, tomato sauce, and 150g beans, then simmer for four minutes.
  • Place the tortilla in an ovenproof pan, fill with the bean mixture, and fold to cover.
  • Top with grated cheese and grill for two minutes until golden.
