Steps

  • Combine coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Press the salmon fillets into the spice mixture on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a griddle pan and cook salmon for 5 to 7 minutes until opaque.
  • Warm all sauce vierge ingredients in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Serve salmon with broccoli and drizzle the sauce around the plate.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped chives.
