Method

Combine coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Press the salmon fillets into the spice mixture on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a griddle pan and cook salmon for 5 to 7 minutes until opaque.

Warm all sauce vierge ingredients in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
