Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter together in a pan.
  • Gently fry the celeriac for 4-5 minutes until beginning to brown.
  • Stir in the cream and cheese.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden-brown and bubbling.
