Steps

  • Mix the cornflour with the milk and set aside.
  • Heat the evaporated milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add the condensed milk, double cream, cardamom, and cornflour mixture.
  • Stir the mixture well for one minute.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Blend the mixture in a food processor or with a hand-held blender for two minutes.
  • Pour into a lidded container and freeze for at least six hours until firm.
