Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Mix the flour with Greek yoghurt and enough water to create a soft dough in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the sultanas and salt.
  • Roll the dough to 2.5cm thickness and cut into small rectangles.
  • Sprinkle the dough pieces with cracked black peppercorns.
  • Melt the butter in an oven-proof griddle pan.
  • Cook the flatbreads in the pan for five minutes on one side.
  • Flip the breads and transfer the pan to the oven for five minutes until puffed.
  • Break the flatbreads into pieces to serve.
