Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water for five minutes.
  • Drain potatoes, toss in olive oil and seasoning, and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through.
  • Mix burger ingredients with seasoning and shape into two patties.
  • Fry burgers in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
