Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix the feta, pepper, raisins, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Place one sheet of filo on a floured surface and brush with melted butter.
  • Fold the sheet in half lengthways and place some filling in the bottom corner.
  • Fold the pastry into a triangle, brushing with butter at each fold.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining three sheets.
  • Bake on a tray for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
