Steps

  • Brown the sausages in 15ml of olive oil over high heat in a non-stick pan.
  • Remove sausages and sweat onions and garlic in remaining oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, pepper, chilli, oregano, and sausages to the pan and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • Boil the fusilli until al dente according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce in two bowls.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
