Steps

• Steam chopped pumpkin in a basket over simmering water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
• Let pumpkin cool completely.
• Blend pumpkin, orange juice, allspice, and honey in a food processor until smooth.
• Combine bourbon, cherry liqueur, herb liqueur, and 45ml of purée in a shaker.
• Add ice and shake the mixture well.
• Strain into a flute glass and garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds and grated nutmeg.
