Steps

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes until softened.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove two thirds of the sauce for later use.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and stir into the remaining sauce.
