Steps

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until the sugar melts.
  • Stir in the banana liqueur and add the banana pieces.
  • Cook and stir carefully until the bananas soften and begin to turn golden-brown.
  • Add the rum and stir to combine.
  • Increase the heat and carefully flambé the rum until the flames die out.
