Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and add the grated courgette and chopped bacon.
  • Mix the yoghurt, feta, parmesan, pepper, and beaten egg in a bowl until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the courgette and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden-brown and set.
  • Cool slightly before serving with sliced tomatoes.
