Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Peel the oranges, remove all pith, and cut into 2.5cm thick horizontal slices.
  • Reform the oranges and place each on a large square of foil.
  • Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and broken cinnamon stick pieces.
  • Fold the foil edges upward to begin forming a parcel around each orange.
  • Add 5ml of Grand Marnier to each parcel and scrunch the foil tightly at the top.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the fruit is warm and fragrant.
