Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Sauté the chopped onion in oil over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until soft.
  • Add 2.5cm turkey cubes and seasoning, cooking for 10 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  • Stir in grated tomato flesh and cook for 4 minutes until thickened before adding sweetcorn.
  • Spoon filling onto tortillas, top with cheese, and roll tightly to enclose.
  • Place burritos on a tray, rub with oil, and bake for 7 minutes.
  • Turn the wraps over and bake for another 5 minutes until crisp.
  • Serve each burrito with a tablespoon of yoghurt.
