Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a greased 20cm round tin with parchment.
  • Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar together over a bain-marie or in a microwave.
  • Cool the mixture slightly and stir in the beaten eggs.
  • Sieve the flour and baking powder into the bowl and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped Snickers pieces.
  • Pour into the tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until almost firm.
  • Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.
  • Cut brownies into triangles and serve with ice cream and warm sauce.
