Soaked for 5-10 minutes in warm water and squeezed dry

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place figs on a tray, drizzle with honey, and roast for 6-8 minutes until soft.
  • Heat cream and milk in a pan until almost simmering.
  • Reduce heat and stir in white chocolate and sugar until melted.
  • Remove from heat, stir in soaked gelatine until melted, and let cool completely.
  • Pour mixture into ramekins and chill in the fridge for five hours.
  • Loosen panna cotta with warm water, turn out onto plates, and serve with a fig.
