Steps

  • Marinate chicken wings with chopped lemongrass in a covered bowl for three hours.

  • Grill the chicken wings on a barbecue for five minutes on each side until cooked.
  • Score the wings with a knife and brush them with the oyster sauce mixture.
  • Arrange cucumber and carrot ribbons on a plate and top with the wings.
  • Drizzle the remaining sauce over the dish and serve.
