Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a medium frying pan.
  • Fry the chicken fillets for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir in 2.5 ml of sesame oil, the honey, and soy sauce until the chicken caramelizes.
  • Heat a separate griddle pan.
  • Griddle the spring onions on both sides until well charred.
  • Add lime juice and a 15 ml splash of water to the chicken and remove from heat.
