Steps

  • Mix the chicken, yoghurt, and tikka paste in a bowl.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C and heat two baking trays inside.
  • Thread the chicken strips loosely onto soaked bamboo skewers.
  • Place skewers on hot trays and bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
  • Serve the cooked chicken with chopped coriander and lime wedges.
