Steps

  • Mix oats, raisins, dried apricots, and hazelnuts in a large bowl.
  • Pour 350ml of apple juice over the mixture and soak for 15 minutes.
  • Divide the muesli into 6 bowls and top with grated apple.
  • Add a dollop of yoghurt and chopped fresh apricots to each bowl.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
