Steps

  • Combine turkey, soy sauce, honey, and 2 tbsp olive oil in a large bowl.
  • Heat a wok over high heat and stir-fry the turkey for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add sesame seeds and cook for one additional minute.
  • Boil sliced new potatoes in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add green beans to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add carrot ribbons and cook for 1-2 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
  • Drain vegetables and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
  • Serve the turkey stir-fry on top of the dressed vegetables.
