Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
  • Grease and line a 23cm square cake tin with baking parchment.
  • Mix flour, cocoa, and bicarbonate of soda in a large bowl and create a well.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir milk, eggs, sweet potato, and banana into the melted butter.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the flour and stir into a thick batter.
  • Pour batter into the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool brownies in the tin before cutting into squares.
