Steps

  • Blend the steak, garlic, onion, and cheese in a food processor until combined but not smooth.
  • Fill the upturned mushroom center with the mixture and sprinkle with sage.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and add the mushroom filling-side up.
  • Cook in the pan for one minute then bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden.
  • Serve the mushroom on a plate topped with fresh chives.
