Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Make two long incisions through the skin of each banana.
  • Push the chocolate pieces inside the banana skins.
  • Place the bananas in an ovenproof frying pan and pour over the rum.
  • Bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until golden.
  • Serve the bananas topped with vanilla ice cream.
