Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  • Stir-fry the sliced onion and chopped red pepper for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add 150g of beansprouts and cook for 1 further minute.
  • Stir in the fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
