Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix chicken with soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, chilli flakes, and 15ml of olive oil.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least five minutes.
  • Heat an oven-proof pan with the remaining oil and fry the chicken and lime halves for three minutes.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Combine spinach, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  • Serve the chicken and limes on top of the prepared spinach salad.
