Steps

  • Place salmon in a bamboo steamer over a wok of boiling water and season with lemon, wine, salt, and pepper.
  • Steam the salmon tightly covered for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Heat olive oil in a wok and fry the onion for 4 minutes until soft.
  • Add garlic, green beans, and soy sauce and stir-fry for 4 minutes before finishing with lemon juice.
