Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend steak, paprika, chilli, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a food processor to a smooth paste.
  • Cut rounds out of the filo pastry sheets using a cutter or plate as a guide.
  • Place the meat mixture on half of each round and brush edges with melted butter.
  • Fold the pastry over to seal, crimp with a fork, and glaze the top with butter.
  • Bake on a greased tray for 5 to 8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
