Method

Blend the sugar, butter, and almonds in a food processor.

Add the flour and milk then blend until a dough forms.

Grease and flour a pudding bowl, add the mixture, and cover with cling film.

Microwave the bowl on full power for five minutes.

Boil the berries, icing sugar, and Kirsch in a frying pan for five minutes.
