Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and chilli until soft.
  • Add garlic and fry for one minute.
  • Stir in red pepper, tomatoes, and 85g sugar snaps and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add lime zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, coriander, and 100ml cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then simmer for ten minutes.
  • Add sea bass cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes until fish is opaque.
  • Spoon stew into bowls, garnish with coriander, and serve with 150g cooked rice.
