Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Process the pork, chilli flakes, spices, and soy sauce in a food processor with seasoning.

Shape the mixture into three sausages and thread them onto wooden skewers before rubbing with olive oil.

Fry the koftas in an ovenproof pan over medium heat until browned.

Bake the koftas in the oven for five minutes until cooked through.

Boil the sweet potato and carrot in a saucepan until soft.

Drain the vegetables and mash them with butter and seasoning.

Serve the koftas on top of the warm mash.
