Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Process the pork, chilli flakes, spices, and soy sauce in a food processor with seasoning.
  • Shape the mixture into three sausages and thread them onto wooden skewers before rubbing with olive oil.
  • Fry the koftas in an ovenproof pan over medium heat until browned.
  • Bake the koftas in the oven for five minutes until cooked through.
  • Boil the sweet potato and carrot in a saucepan until soft.
  • Drain the vegetables and mash them with butter and seasoning.
  • Serve the koftas on top of the warm mash.
