Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix grated garlic, oil, and herbs in a bowl, reserving a small amount for the chicken.
  • Toss sweet potato chips and onion wedges in the herby oil and transfer to a roasting tray.
  • Coat chicken in the remaining oil and place on top of the vegetables.
  • Roast for 40 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through to prevent sticking.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Mix yoghurt with hot sauce and serve over the chicken and vegetables.
