Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix the chicken, two tablespoons of chives, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Melt butter in a small ovenproof frying pan and add the egg mixture.
  • Stir the mixture gently over heat for three minutes.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for five minutes.
  • Serve the omelette on a plate sprinkled with remaining chives.
